TRANSPORTATION (if the band is coming by plane)
all necessary local ground transportation from/to airport to venue/restaurant/hotel
(1 mini-van 5 passengers and a luggage, ( double bass ) or any equivalent transportation)
CATERING & MEALS
will be provided by the Promoter for each one of the performances:
- 1 full hot dinner for 5 people after the concert 1 vegetarian, (preferably local cuisine), beverages and coffee included.
- catering in the dressing-rooms ready for soundcheck and concert
1 light snack (sandwiches, chips, fruits, fresh salads, etc), coca cola, beer, local red vine and grappa
natural and non fizzy water (also on stage during performance)
- 1 lockable dressing-room for sole use of 4 artists
- 1 lockable dressing-room with mirror and private facilities for Tamara Obrovac
BACKLINE
drum set preferably Gretch Vintage (50's,60's or 70's) USA Custom, New Classic, Renown Maple, Catalina Jazz Club,
Alternative: any old,vintage (50's , 60's or 70's) drum set by Ludwig, Slingerland or Rogers in small sizes, with Remo white coated ambassador or fyberskin drum heads (skins)
bass drum 18" (no 22 or bigger) or flor tom 16", tom 12", flor tom 14", snare 14"
+ hardware, (pedals and stands)
3 straight cymbal stands, (as light as possible in weight), 3 snar drum stands, hi hat stand, bass drum pedal-lighter model
+ 1 drummer stool
+ 2 stools for the guitar and accordion player (no armrest)
1 bass amplifier 80 W or more -GALIEN-KRUEGER, preferably "MB" series -EBS, preferably "DROME", ACOUSTIC IMAGE, PHIL JONES, AMPEG or TRACE ELIOT
preferable cabinet configuration: 1x10 or 1x12 or 2x10

- double bass : 1DI + 1mic AKG C 414 B (on instrument) and 1 mic. for voice (SM 58)
- drums : (frame drums set) AKG C414, or C 1000 or similar, 2 overheads
+ AKG 212 (egg) for BD (on the front of the head, not inside BD)
- mixer : top quality at least 16 channels, Soundcraft, Midas, Mackie, Yamaha
- reverb : Lexicon
- compressor / limiter : top quality for vocal DBX, BSS, DRAWMER
- power amps : top quality professional brand ( power depending on the size of the venue)
- speakers : top quality professional brand, Martin, Mayer sound, KV 2 Audio, JBL or similar
- monitors : five, 5 groups, separate mix on stage
- stage lights : white, colored, front and rear, with an independent electricity source
- professional sound and light engineer with experience in jazz concerts
